Deposit Policy

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required.

The reservation will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

FMTY require a deposit of 50%

If full payment is not received by the specified deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72hr prior to the scheduled date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 48hr of date are non-refundable and the full rate must be paid

Cancellations for FMTY must be done two weeks prior to the start of the date, if after that time the full amount must be paid.
